Liverpool City Councils’ Principle Urban Design Officer Michael Asselmeyer and the planning officer who granted the planning approval Elizabeth Blake make a site visit to the practically completed scheme today at Richmond Row with the developers Rosmara Development Group and their full design team.
Michael and Elizabeth were delighted with the scheme, with Michael adding:
“I would like to thank the developers Rosmara Development Group for guiding us at Liverpool City Council’s planning department, through your project this afternoon and for your generous recognition of everybody’s input.
We were both impressed about the quality of the flats (space and aspect) and are certain that generations of residents will benefit from it.
Congratulations on your completion! “
