Following updated changes to Liverpool City Council’s new local plan permissions ,Rosmara Development Group identified this brownfield site for the regeneration and residential development of this site and local , which was a dilapidated former disused garage and mot station surrounded in and previous led industrial site near Liverpool City Centre in July 2021. The developers have worked with their planning consultants and architects to achieve and secure the successful planning permission for the construction of 29 new build apartments.

Liverpool City Council Planning department makes visit to Richmond Row at practical completion delivery of the 29-unit residential scheme in 10 months.

Liverpool City Councils’ Principle Urban Design Officer Michael Asselmeyer and the planning officer who granted the planning approval Elizabeth Blake make a site visit to the practically completed scheme today at Richmond Row with the developers Rosmara Development Group and their full design team.

Michael and Elizabeth were delighted with the scheme, with Michael adding:

“I would like to thank the developers Rosmara Development Group for guiding us at Liverpool City Council’s planning department, through your project this afternoon and for your generous recognition of everybody’s input.
